Where does our data actually live?+
Your communication is hosted on Indian servers, under your company's control, for the life of the engagement. There is no silent replication to foreign infrastructure — data residency is a property of where iSyph runs, not a policy we ask you to take on faith.
Who can see our conversations?+
Only the people you place in a space. iSyph operates the platform; your company owns the conversation. No third-party service retains a copy, and no one at iSyph reads your messages.
What happens to our data if we leave iSyph?+
It's yours. We'll work with you on an orderly handover, and once the engagement ends, your environment is decommissioned — nothing lingers on our side.
Is iSyph really "leak-proof"?+
No — and we won't claim it is, because no honest platform can. iSyph is leak-controlled: your conversation is confined to a perimeter you own, with the few exits all under your governance. That's a claim your IT team can actually verify.
Access & control
How do we add and remove people?+
Owners and admins manage members directly. Adding someone grants them access to exactly the spaces you choose; removing them withdraws that access in a single action, taking effect at once — with nothing left behind on any device they used.
Can someone reach a space they're not meant to?+
No. Access is verified at the core of the platform, not merely hidden in the interface — so it can't be worked around. People reach exactly their authorised spaces and nothing more.
What's the difference between owners, admins and members?+
A clear hierarchy: owners govern the whole space and appoint admins; admins manage members beneath them; members reach only what they're granted. Head office keeps control at the top while delegating day-to-day management.
