Write to the officer above with a description of your concern and, where relevant, the company space involved. Please include enough detail for us to identify and investigate the matter.
We will acknowledge your grievance within 7 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 days, consistent with the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act and its rules.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India, in accordance with the DPDP Act.
