A plain, binding commitment: iSyph does not sell, rent, or share your conversation data with third parties.
This is one of iSyph's foundational promises, and we state it plainly.
To run the service, iSyph may rely on a small number of infrastructure providers (for example, India-based hosting). Any such provider is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions, to the same standard described here, and never for their own purposes. A current list is available to clients on request and in our Data Processing Agreement.
iSyph may disclose data only where legally compelled — for example, a valid order from a competent Indian authority. Where permitted by law, we will inform the affected Data Fiduciary before doing so.
This guarantee is reflected in our contracts. If you believe it has been breached, our Grievance Officer will respond.
